With our Peace of Mind 14 Days Returns Policy we give you the opportunity to take your time, so you can see the fitting(s) in your own home.
If you feel that you would like to return the goods, no problem, simply request a returns note via email.
When returning goods please ensure that they are in their original packaging and are in a saleable condition. If the item(s) being returned are not defective then they must be sent back at your own cost. We are unable to accept goods that have been installed.
Not all items are subject to our 14 Day Returns Policy. Products that do not carry this policy will be clearly marked on the product page.
The 14 Day Returns Policy begins the day of receipt of goods.
