Items within the SLV Intalite range that are ex sock within the UK are available on a next working day service but we would request that all customers are aware that many products are imported from a central European warehouse and are therefore available on a 3 -5 working day service. The manufacturers do have a cut off time of 12.00 noon to ensure goods are delivered within this time period.

The quality of SLV Products is well known within the industry and all products carry a 12 month guarantee from date of delivery excluding lamps which have their own indicated life spans. We do offer a trade supply service on SLV products and would welcome any opportunity to quote for specific contracts that may arise, please contact our sales office for further details on our trade supply policies

Products within the range that incorporate electronic transformers are only dimmable with the use of trailing edge dimming technology. Photometric date can be found at www.relux.biz under SLV as the manufacturer. External products are not all suitable for marine environments unless specified.
