We want you to be delighted with your purchase and ask you to check the contents of your delivery carefully within 24 hours of receipt.
If you wish to report missing, damaged, or faulty goods, please click here. The portal is accessible within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged or 'Change Your Mind' items after 30 days. All items must be in a resealable condition and cannot have been installed or attempted to be installed.
All boxes must be returned in plain outer packaging with a small piece of clear tape only.
Please have your order number ready. See below for an example.
The cost of our Returns service starts from £6.50 Inc. VAT per parcel, depending on your chosen carrier.

Our Returns Department will contact you via email once we receive your returned item.
If your item is found to be faulty, a credit will be issued within 14 days, including any applicable carriage charge.
If the item is not faulty, no refund will be issued. The item can be returned to you at your cost within 14 days.
If you wish to return an item under our Change Your Mind Guarantee, please initiate the return within 30 days.
Returns must be in a saleable condition with original packaging and accessories intact.
