Bedroom Lights
Bedroom lights require careful consideration, after all we spent a large amount of time in this space. Bulbs shouldn’t be too jarring but they need to be bright enough so you can see your way around safely. Reading and bedside lights work well as complementary lighting to help ease you in a restful sleep, so ensure you select warmer bulbs.
Many smart lighting systems now include settings that promote relaxation, aid restful sleep and produce gentle light to encourage you to wake up naturally.
